CDPH Hainan, part of Beijing Chengdong International Modular Housing Corporation, builds on 27 years of experience in prefabricated construction. Since 1998, over 4,000 projects have been delivered across 200+ countries and regions.
We specialize in modular and prefabricated buildings—ranging from luxury modular homes, A-Frame houses, and apple cabins to light steel structures—for uses in accommodation, education, healthcare, and hospitality. We also supply supporting materials such as ceramic tiles, wall panels, sanitary appliances, kitchen cabinets, and construction machinery.
With strong technical expertise and global project experience, we provide full-scope, turnkey solutions—from design to delivery—ensuring a smooth, one-stop experience for our clients worldwide.
Our Factory
Located in Lutai District between Beijing and Tianjin, our 70,000㎡ manufacturing base features advanced automated lines for modular & prefabricated houses and composite panels. With monthly output of 3,000 modular units and 8,000㎡ of panel housing per day, we rank among China's industry leaders. The factory employs over 460 staff, including 70+ technical experts and certified AWS welders. Equipped with robotic welding arms, CNC machines, and clean paint facilities, we meet stringent international standards—ISO, CE, CCS, CABR—and provide OEM services to Europe and North America. Full-process quality control and in-house testing ensure high performance and reliability in every product.
